Chef Takashi is a fourth-generation Korean immigrant born in Japan sharing his roots by bringing ramen flavored with a mix of heartiness from Korean cuisine and the finesse of the Japanese cuisine.

The menu features only beef-based broth with choice cuts of Japanese and American Angus prepared right at your table.
