The EggShop B.E.C. is a twist on the classic bacon, egg and cheese sandwich with Shelburn cheddar, tomato jam and pickled jalapeño. The Beast is made with pulled pork carnitas, sunny-side up eggs, cilantro, pickled onions and chipotle bourbon ketchup, on a French Hero.
