Self titled the "Temple Beer of Worship", Burp Castle is a belgian beer bar located in the East Village of Manhattan. Back in the 90s the bartenders wore monks robes to fit with the theme of a temple, but this is no longer the case. It is a neighborhood bar to experience different forms of great beer in a quiet, friendly environment. The bar pride itself as a place where "Beer is best paired with good conversation, is best paired with people who can appreciate it."

Burp Castle offers free Pomme Frites directly from...Pommes Frites around the corner every Sunday, Monday and Wednesday. The Frites show up typically between 5pm-6:30pm, and are available until they are gone.

Happy Hours are Monday thru Friday from 5pm-7pm. $1 off tap beers.
