Channel your Inner Stuntman - City Challenge Obstacle Race

City Challenge Obstacle Race is an urban obstacle course challenge that let you have plenty of fun channeling your inner stuntman while pushing yourself athletically and mentally and learning to work together as a team.

This year, the New York City Challenge Race added 10 new innovative obstacles, making it 30 challenges over a 3.1-mile course for you to navigate alone or with a team. It isn’t a get dirty kind of race; rather you will face such challenges as climbing over a police car, clearing road barriers, cargo nets, ropes to climb, monkey bars and water jugs & sandbags to carry through the concrete jungle. Of course no challenge is fully satisfied without prizes, after the race, there will be an after-party featuring a beer garden, music and food as well as giveaways and prizes for top finishers.

The New York City Challenge Race has a registration fee of $85 for an individual with a portion of all proceeds going towards "The Wounded Warrior Project" and "Charity: Water". Members of the NYCPD, NYCFD and NYC EMT can register at a discounted rate of $70. You can also join a team or create your own team to participate.
