"We want to be very welcoming, because I think Hermès boutiques can sometimes seem intimidating, but in fact our sales associates are incredibly welcoming and friendly. And we love for new clients to discover what we offer. The design of the Silk Bar is like a diner, and you can come in and order the special of the day. So we really wanted it to feel very different, and we’re not so serious – we’re really a house that’s interested in creativity and being playful and now even more people will find that out."
