Combining 80 locally sourced hogs in all manners of smoked, braised and roasting action, live music and sip on Sixpoint beer, Hudson Valley hard cider and wine from the Finger Lakes region. Featuring the best chefs from the 5 boroughs, amongst them includes:

  • American BBQ meets French Bistro as Billy Durney of Hometown BBQ and Shane McBride of Balthazar team up for Carribean jerk bao and Cochon au lait bao
  • Classic NYC Chef Katy Sparks (Tavern on the Green)
  • Martin Høedholt and Pablo Ventura of Revolving Dansk and Dassara Ramen will cook Danish-Asian crackling pork, topped with red cabbage and sweet Scandinavian pickles on a toasted baguette; and Copenhagen Street Dog, a mini grillpølser with danish remoulade, crispy fried onions, and salty Lakrids
  • Ben Schneider (The Good Fork) and St. John Frizell (Fort Defiance) will team to serve up a pit-roasted whole “Merpig”
