Aside from the impressive selections of Absinthe and oysters, the main menu also boast some alluring seafood-driven dishes, such as the Black Truffle sea scallops and the Spanish mackerel crudo.
There’s a $1 oyster happy hour (4-7pm) with over 17 varieties of oysters, a dozen-plus absinthes, and an efficient, yet superb beer and wine list with by-the-bottle option.
The space, inspired by the Parisienne, New York hotel lobbies of the by-gone days, with a large U-shaped marble bar as the room’s centerpiece: a Napoleon-topped absinthe fountain welcoming guests to get cozied up to delicious cocktails. In the back, snug tables as well as a garden area makes for more intimate group atmosphere.
