East meets orthodox at Shalom Japan, a new fusion restaurant on S. 4th street. Together, the dynamic duo Chef Sawako Okochi and Chef Aaron Israel opened "Shalom Japan" in South Williamsburg. Serving up "Authentically Inauthentic" Jewish Japanese Cuisine a-la family style.
