"The Intrepid Museum relaunched the Space Shuttle Pavilion last July, featuring the Space Shuttle Enterprise. It gives an unprecedented insider's view to the rest of us fascinated onlookers.

There are seventeen exciting exhibit zones available, including the one that started it all - the Space Shuttle Enterprise, live in all its glory. You'll have a chance to walk under the orbiter and visit an elevated platform for a close up view of this prototype. For comparison purposes, the Soyuz TMA-6 space capsule is also on display. You can see extensive designs of the Enterprise and learn about the team who created it. Audio, video, photos and artifacts on display paint a picture of the history of the Shuttle program so real, you'll feel as though you've touched the stars.
