Chef Bobby Flay's Mediterranean Affair in NoHo: Gato

Gato is the newest project of Chef Bobby Flay. Since his last restaurant nine years ago, Flay is bringing a new concept to dining with Gato which feature a mixture of Mediterranean and North African influences or as he stated it in more simple terms, any place that uses olive oil. The menu has some adventurous dishes that Flay is excited to share with diners, such as kale with wild mushroom paella and roasted tangerine octopus; however there are more traditional looking dishes as well like squid-ink fettuccine and pizza with goat cheese. Flay feels people will enjoy the more adventurous selections offered at Gato.
